PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed Monday to Sunday, after 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.
CANCELATION
After an order is submitted, the processing begin, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.
RETURN
Return will be accepted within 14 days(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items may be ineligible for returns.
DELAYED ORDERS
Hazy Dreamy uses third-party shipping/delivery services, such as USPS, UPS, and DHL. Please note that Hazy Dreamy is not responsible for potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control. Hazy Dreamy reserves the right to replace or refund lost packages once they been marked as delivered by the delivery service/company.
DAMAGED ORDER
Hazy Dreamy is not liable for damaged products after the order has been placed in hands of the shipping carrier. If your products have arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filling a claim with shipping carrier.
SHIPPING RESTRICTION
TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restriction on what items can shipped through air transportation in the US. Such as, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
